summer '09

it's been a busy summer so far. not too much on the photography front because we've been so busy with vacations! we started the summer off with a family reunion down in alpine, arizona - definitely one of our favorite places to spend time. we bought a cougar camper and have been able to travel around to some places in idaho we've been wanting to see like red fish lake in the sawtooth mountains, the cascade area, and then down to 1000 springs. fun times! looking forward to our trips to park city, utah and mccall, idaho.

it's nice weather again in boise! devin was an easy subject. he's so photogenic, fun and easy-going. i've known him for years and can't believe he's all grown up. what a handsome kid!

lauren & abby

we had a mini tie-dye photo shoot with lauren and abby. it was a VERY sunny day - very nice since the sun has been shy here this spring!

nate turns four

nate turned four yesterday and belongs to me! he is our little smiley ray of sunshine (in a cloudy, windy spring season :) happy birthday nate!

erin & michael

erin & michael are getting married this july. we did their engagement portraits at the boise depot... one of my favorite places to shoot, and it was even greening up a bit! i'm sooooo ready for spring & summer. they were so relaxed and easy to shoot. we even got rained on at the end (on the tracks) but you can't tell because they were still smiling :)

chloe turns THREE

i posted portraits of chloe last year when she turned two... some of you may remember. this year she definitely had the posing thing going on!
