the C family....

this shoot was ALL about the GRANDBABY.... it's fun for me to see families come together - and this was a special occasion with a grandbaby to spoil!  he wasn't too sure about the camera and all the fuss but SOOOOOOOO darn cute.

brother #3.....

all boys in this family! i have to admit when preparing for this fun family reunion i was briefing my younger children on all of their cousins names and i got stuck after boy #5 here. you'll see why! they're sooooooooo cute!

brother #2.....

did i already mention that i have four amazing brothers??  so this is the next oldest and his family....  i love these three nephews of mine!  i have only five nieces (SEVENTEEN BOYS) - two of whom are miracles and they're both in this family.  when tessa was born prematurely she was actually pronounced dead, weighing only 1 lb, 4 oz.  she obviously beat the enormous odds and is one sassy little gal.  we just met her newborn sister who has aicardi syndrome.  her brothers and sister adore her... what a blessing she is to us all.  

i frequently think about my brother and his wonderful wife and admire and respect the really incredible way they have met the unique & difficult challenges that are theirs.  really beautiful family.

JOSH - class of 2013

here's josh to kick off the class of 2013 senior portraits!  and guess what.....  this handsome guy is my NEWPHEW!  i am super duper excited to share these next several blog entries :0)  i spent a whole week with my mom, brothers and their families at a family reunion in north carolina!  i have been looking forward to this for weeks!!  

i hardly ever see my nieces and nephews so the opportunity to capture them all on camera was pretty awesome!  each night i ran away with one brother and his family.  of couse while this is going on the rest of the crew is back at the lake house tearing it up on the lake so it was a challenge to pry them away from all of that!  they were pretty good sports about it though...

i've still got over 1800 photos to look through.  watch for more peterson brothers & their adorable kiddos - plus i've got some fun photos we took that week on the lake wakeboarding, kneeboarding, riding waverunners, wakesurfing, etc....  you get the picture.  we had a BLAST!

and here is my niece EMILY.......  stunning, huh?  and the rest of the family :)  oh if we only lived closer.
